What You'll Do
- Lead and contribute to a wide range of land development projects
- Prepare layouts, grading plans, and design landscapes for a variety of sites
- Create compelling visual presentations using a variety of design tools
- Collaborate across disciplines with planners, civil engineers, and architects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in site planning and landscape design
- Strong graphic presentation skills (a big plus!)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint is highly valued
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience with private sector land development projects preferred
