Responsibilities

• Train hands-on with experienced team members in landscape installation, irrigation, hardscape, and maintenance
• Learn a skilled trade with long-term career opportunities
• Show up ready to work outdoors in all conditions
• Follow safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized job site
• Support your crew with whatever it takes to get the job done
• Stay accountable and take pride in doing things right

Requirements

• No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and ability to work 40+ hours a week
• A positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
• Curiosity, coachability, and a desire to grow into more responsibility

Bonus if you’ve worked with tools, on a farm, or in construction before.

• Foreman/Supervisor (optional)
• Hardscape/Construction (optional)
• Machine/Equipment Operation (optional)
• Valid Driver's License
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) (optional)
