About the role

BruZiv Landscaping LLC is a locally owned full-service landscaping/snowplowing company, offering quality landscaping and snowplowing services across the Northeast Ohio area. This position is for our Mentor, OH area.

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lawn maintenance
• Landscaping
• Hardscaping
• Snow/Ice management

We are looking to add dedicated, experienced, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our team of professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance, landscaping, hardscaping, and snow/ice management tasks
• Work as part of a professional team delivering quality landscaping and snowplowing services
• Maintain punctuality and professional appearance
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of landscaping experience required
• Exceptional attitude and ability to work as a team
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to be on your feet for the entire workday in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds throughout the workday in all weather conditions
• Ability to work overtime
• Punctual with a clean/professional appearance
• Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check (no felonies)
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Clean driving record — no suspensions
• Must be over the age of 18
• Valid driver's license required (no suspensions)

Pay

$17.00 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime available
