- Track employee attendance and enforce safety regulations
Client Relations & Enhancements
- Meet regularly with site stakeholders to ensure work orders are completed efficiently
- Proactively identify, propose, and oversee profitable site enhancement opportunities to drive personal and branch sales goals

- Communication & Tech Skills: Solid verbal and written communication skills to deliver professional client updates, write simple correspondence, and utilize a company phone/laptop
- Licenses: Must possess a valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company standards. A valid NC Pesticide License is highly preferred (or willingness to operate under our branch license)
- Physical Stamina: Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions, stand/walk for extended periods, and regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds (and occasionally up to 100 pounds)
- Reliability: Complete schedule flexibility to ensure a sharp 6:00 AM arrival to open the shop and launch crews successfully
