Responsibilities

• Eviction Workflow Oversight: Oversee the daily, high-volume lifecycle of eviction cases from initial landlord intake and statutory notice drafting to court filing, hearings, and marshal/sheriff execution.
• Practice Area Billing & Invoicing: Manage the monthly billing cycle for all eviction matters; draft, review, and finalize pre-bills, ensuring accurate application of flat fees, hourly rates, and pass-through costs.
