About the role

CARE PROGRAM: Clinical Accelerated Readiness Experience Program. Rising Senior level Nursing student at Lander University in a coordinating employment and school opportunity, attains Clinical Hours necessary for senior level nursing course completion at Lander University, and increased clinical experiences outside the traditional instructor led setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties in providing patient care in accordance with established SRH & Nursing Services Policies and Standard Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Preceptor.
• Function in a supportive role to communicate patient care needs and resolve work-related issues.
• Attain hands-on experience working one-to-one with preceptors of multiple units and departments.
• Perform any other job-related duties as requested by Manager/Director.

Requirements

• Student entering senior year, currently enrolled in a school of nursing program.
• Within 6–12 months of graduation.
• BLS certified.
