Land Surveyor / In-Office Position

Job Description

This position for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), Surveyor in Training (SIT), or an individual experienced in boundary line research, boundary line determination, and preparation of boundary plans. This in-office position requires experience for land surveying boundary computations, boundary line determination, and subdivision plans. Candidate should be familiar with survey research and the use of a property title to create a boundary plan in worksheet format (which will be forwarded to the CAD team to draft). Must have experience in the steps involved for preparation of plans for surveying projects. Field surveying experience is a plus, but not required.
