About the Role

The role involves coordinating the land survey process, ensuring timely and complete delivery of ALTA Land Title Surveys, and maintaining communication with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include coordinating travel and schedules with our field operations team, project planning, resource allocation, status tracking, and issue resolution, often involving coordination with other teams and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Land Survey Specialists in the administration/coordination of ALTA Land Title Surveys
  • Prepares forms and maintains logs and database(s) as required for information management and billing
  • Tracks project information, follows up on issue status, resolves routine issues, and reports status
  • Gathers information, prepares, and maintains ongoing reports and databases for management
  • Prepares and sends communications to a wide range of team members including vendors
  • Processes a variety of information such as Title information, Zoning information, and distributes to appropriate parties
  • Performs Quality Control review of ALTA Land Title Surveys and review of Quality Control comments on ALTA Land Title Surveys
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • General analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization, and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
  • Must be customer-focused with a positive outlook and willingness to work in a team environment
  • Experience with reading Title and/or Land Surveys

Pay

Pay Range: $14.46 - $19.28 Hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
