Land Supplier Relations Specialist (Fort Lauderdale, FL)
About the role
The Land Supplier Relations Specialist partners closely with the Director of Land Strategy & Performance to strengthen and expand supplier relationships, enhance land product performance, and increase supplier engagement across the franchise network. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and regularly engages with franchisees and suppliers to assess needs, respond to inquiries, and identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel partners and preferred land suppliers
- Respond to new relationship inquiries from suppliers, agents, PR partners, and internal stakeholders
- Act as the first point of contact for supplier-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate routing
- Maintain the Land Product inbox, triaging and distributing inquiries efficiently
- Support the coordination and communication of FAM trips and related initiatives
- Develop working knowledge of key land booking platforms (e.g., ALGV, VAX, SNAP, Cruise Control)
- Develop familiarity with Dream Vacations programs, tools, and marketing resources
- Affiliate with supplier-related group programs and systems
- Maintain the team's master calendar, including events, webinars, FAMs, and industry opportunities
- Coordinate and administer land incentive programs, including tracking performance, managing communications, and conducting follow-ups
- Contribute to the execution of land product initiatives, projects, and resources
- Partner with Community Engagement to increase visibility and engagement of land offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with internal teams, agents, and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently
- Problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach
- Travel industry experience preferred

Compensation range: $50,000 - $55,000
