About the role
The position is for a mid to senior-level associate to join Shutts & Bowen LLP's prominent Land Use and Zoning Practice.
Responsibilities
- Advising developers, property owners and investors on zoning, land use and development-related matters, including site plan and entitlement considerations, permitting and regulatory compliance.
- Working closely with clients and project teams to navigate local and state government processes and provide strategic guidance on development risk and regulatory positioning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience practicing land use and zoning law.
- Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
