Land Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, schedule, and cash flow in accordance with Division goals.
• Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.
• Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.
• Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.
• Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans, and plats for project coordination and accuracy.
• Check availability and location of all utilities, including sanitary sewer, water, gas, and storm management.
• Assess costs involved in gaining access to utilities as well as any development impact fees.
• Manage field efforts related to storm water and air pollution compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, inspectors, engineers, and master developers.
• Continuously manage and update project budgets for contracted and future work.
• Review, confirm, and approve development invoices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Valid Driver’s License (driving is an essential function of this position).
