Land Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the land division
• Oversee land development projects from acquisition through completion
• Cook up close with the Office Administrator on permitting, documentation, and regulatory approvals
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and vendors
• Work hand in hand with Customers to help their visions come to life
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Review site plans, engineering reports, and project specifications
• Troubleshoot project challenges and implement effective solutions
• Maintain clear communication with ownership and internal teams regarding project status

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in land development, construction management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes and municipal regulations
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction documents
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Clean and Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed

Pay

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
