Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the land division
- Oversee land development projects from acquisition through completion
- Cook up close with the Office Administrator on permitting, documentation, and regulatory approvals
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Work hand in hand with Customers to help their visions come to life
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Review site plans, engineering reports, and project specifications
- Troubleshoot project challenges and implement effective solutions
- Maintain clear communication with ownership and internal teams regarding project status
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in land development, construction management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes and municipal regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Clean and Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Pay
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
