Land Development Technical Leader (TL) - Infrastructure
About the role
The Technical Leader (TL) is accountable for advancing technical excellence, strengthening quality, and building technical capability across the Land Development discipline within the Infrastructure Business Unit (BOU).
Responsibilities
- Advance technical excellence across the discipline by defining, standardizing, and reinforcing technical practices.
- Promote consistent application of QA/QC processes, design standards, and technical review practices across projects.
- Lead resolution of technical issues, ensuring appropriate risk mitigation and continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency in technical approaches across regions and Business Centers (BCs).
- Embed technical expertise into project delivery by collaborating with delivery leadership.
- Build and lead a connected, high-performing technical community across the discipline.
- Drive adoption of digital tools, advanced engineering methods, and innovative delivery approaches.
- Support innovation, digital integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, technical committees, and conferences.
- Develop and sustain technical capability across the discipline.
- Support strategic hiring to address capability and capacity gaps.
- Participate in mentoring, coaching, and career development of technical practitioners.
- Identify and develop high-potential technical talent.
Requirements
Typically 15+ years of relevant experience. Recognized technical expertise within an infrastructure discipline (Land Development). Proven experience in complex project delivery and technical leadership. Demonstrated ability to lead across regions and influence without direct authority.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.

Strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and proven experience in project delivery and technical leadership.

Pay
$166,300.00 - $257,800.00 Annually
