Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil3D, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other design and production tools to assist with design, production, and project administration for subdivisions, commercial developments, multi-family developments, private development projects, and/or public works projects.
  • Be a dependable team member, working collaboratively with colleagues to meet the needs of clients.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have regular check-ins with your manager and engineering mentors to pinpoint areas of strength and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must have an active EIT certification.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD Civil3D.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills and be able to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior.
  • Attentive and approachable. Able to navigate a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Well organized and detail oriented.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EIT to join our Land Development team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and possess the necessary skills to assist our team of engineers in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks through the design and development of land projects.
