NCLC is looking for a Trails and Facilities Manager to lead essential projects for the North Coast Land Conservancy.

About the role

This position oversees trail creation and maintenance, facility infrastructure upkeep, and mechanical equipment repair/operation. The role involves extensive collaboration with staff, volunteer committees, and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead trail creation and maintenance projects
• Maintain facility infrastructure
• Repair and operate mechanical equipment
• Administer contracts and build budgets
• Secure necessary permits
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
