Responsibilities
- Perform detailed land use and financial analyses
- Participate in due diligence processes, including concept land planning, environmental, utility system, and title analysis
- Work independently to navigate the unique challenges of the local market
- Understand and leverage current trends in the real estate market
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Urban Planning, or Civil Engineering
- Prior residential land acquisition experience in single-family or in-fill projects
- Proven success in overcoming market-specific obstacles
- Understanding of land planning, zoning, and real estate law
- Highly organized with strong analytical and financial skills
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business, Urban Planning, or related field preferred
- Experience in land acquisitions, planning, and development
