About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi is seeking a Lānaʻi Experience Planner (LEP) to join their team in Los Angeles. This role supports the resort and affiliated entities by coordinating personalized pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels, providing personalized recommendations, building detailed itineraries, and maintaining accurate guest profiles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather guest preferences, travel details, and special requests, ensuring seamless planning and execution of pre-arrival experiences.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with external providers such as transportation partners, sharing accurate information and ensuring a smooth guest journey.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through personalized recommendations and upselling of resort services, activities, and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and complete administrative responsibilities, including confirmations, correspondence, reporting, and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Legal work authorization in the United States.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, guest experience coordination, concierge services, or other high-touch service environments.
  • Proven ability to create personalized itineraries, coordinate activities and special arrangements, and deliver seamless pre-arrival and on-island guest experiences.
