Position Responsibilities

  • Manage tracking documentation for Photo studio and sample tracking processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Create and test promotions and promotion codes in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Support CRM promotions and run the E-Commerce business in Salesforce Business Manager/Storefront.
  • Manage homepage content, product launches, collections/shops, attributes/filters, and navigation.
  • Make daily changes to drive business results and address merchant requests.
  • Maintain website content, ensuring images, performance, and calls-to-action are appropriate.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to understand assortment strategy, pricing, and product stories.
  • Ensure key investments are reflected in content and navigation.
  • Support third-party vendors and operations team to improve Product Detail Page (PDP) performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to optimize shopping experiences.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities, engaging cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Participate in seasonal planning with creative, marketing, and merchant teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire e-commerce team to achieve common goals.
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to grow the e-commerce business and enhance professional development.

Position Requirements

  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Show organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Show strong attention to detail.
  • Show computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Show excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Show ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities.
  • Experience in Salesforce Business Manager is preferred.

  • For Stores & Distribution Centers: Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.
