Lamination Supervisor - Mako Boats

Manage all lamination operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supervises Lamination hourly associates
• Manages and improves Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols
• Ensures the daily production schedule is met
• Controls Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) spending
• Audits associates to ensure standard work is met and sustained
• Manages layout for efficient use of machinery and equipment
• Studies processes, analyzes, and improves cost of production
• Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience required
• Knowledge of lamination processes and techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate with employees and peers
• Computer literate (Excel, word processing)
• Strong organizational skills in record keeping, scheduling, and document preparation
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and report data accurately
• Read and understand instructions
