About the role
The position involves maintaining production standards and working efficiently and safely. Assistance is provided to co-workers in performing specific or general duties of lesser skill, including keeping work areas supplied with materials and tools, cleaning, and performing unskilled tasks.
Responsibilities
- Use various types of air and hand tools
- Work overhead, stoop, bend, lift up to 75 lbs., and push/pull molds
- Be familiar with solvents, resins, glue, sealers, cleaners, and different types of fiberglass
Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Degree: Apprenticeship or Associates Degree preferred
- Certificate(s) or License(s): N/A
- Experience: One year of experience preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledgeable of production requirements and safe work practices
- Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Read and comprehend instructions
