About the role

The Field Sales Representative serves as the day-to-day face of Lake Hour within their assigned territory. This role is responsible for executing brand priorities in market by expanding distribution, opening new accounts, supporting wholesaler partners, and building strong relationships with retailers and on-premise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Call on existing and prospective retail and on-premise accounts to grow distribution and increase sales.
  • Identify and open new accounts within assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular ride-withs and sales calls alongside wholesaler representatives to support execution of Lake Hour priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, buyers, managers, and distributor personnel.
  • Execute displays, point-of-sale materials, pricing initiatives, and promotional programs at retail.
  • Support sampling events, festivals, promotions, and consumer activations as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate account records, call notes, and follow-up using company CRM systems.
  • Spend a minimum of 75% of working time in the market calling on accounts and supporting sales execution.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, territory reviews, and training sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and distributor partners to achieve territory goals.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and all federal, state, and local alcohol regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Able to collaborate effectively with distributor partners and internal teams.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
  • Able to lift 40+ pounds.
