About the role
Responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients in a residential setting. Facilitate group activities and support staff in maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions according to treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
- Facilitate group activities designed to promote client growth and recovery.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) license.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in a residential or community-based setting.
- Experience with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Current LADC license.
- Experience with group facilitation and trauma-informed care.

Pay
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually.
