GROUP HOME-RESIDENCE COUNSELOR

About the role

This position offers an opportunity to provide counseling services to residents at a group home facility. The role involves providing support and guidance to individuals with various needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Assist residents with daily living skills and personal development
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications
