Lactation Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant (PRN) Responsibilities Provide bedside breastfeeding support to mothers, infants, and families.Assess feeding challenges and develop individualized care plans.Educate families and staff on best lactation practices.Collaborate with maternity and neonatal teams to promote positive outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license required.Experience in lactation support required; IBCLC preferred.Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care.Strong clinical judgment and ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
