Responsibilities
- Provide high quality education programs and activities that promote health of the patient and community through the life cycle.
- Individual development of the staff according to learning needs identified through a variety of sources to facilitate patient care.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- Required: Bachelors Degree of Nursing
- PREFERRED: Bachelors Degree of Nursing
- Work Experience: 2 years of clinical nursing in area of specialty Required
- OR 1 year of education experience Required
- Licenses and Certifications: RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
- PREFERRED OR has received certification as a breastfeeding counselor: IBCLC - International Board Certified Lactation Consultant
