Responsibilities

• Perform lactation assessments and develop individualized feeding plans
• Assist with complex lactation issues
• Document care in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric teams
• Deliver bedside and group education
• Ensure culturally sensitive, evidence-based care
