Responsibilities

• Coaches will be required to complete the NFHS "Fundamentals of Coaching" course within the first year.
• Supervise and monitor team in various settings.
• Mentor and develop relationships with student-athletes and encourage a healthy, fun and competitive outlook in sport.

Requirements

• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Fundamentals of Coaching course per NFHS
• Previous high school or college playing experience
• High school, club or college coaching experience
• Possess excellent organizational skills and provide program oversight
• Understands and teaches skills/fundamentals, rules of sport and associations; including technical and tactical components of the game
• Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and communicates clearly with athletes and parents

Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience
• Previous high school coaching experience
• Certified Educator

• Ability to supervise and monitor team in various setting
• Mentor and develop relationships with student-athletes
