Assistant Coach – Postgraduate Lacrosse

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective postgraduate student-athletes globally
• Aid in practice planning, game preparation, scouting, and other duties as assigned in athletic department
• Develop and implement defensive systems and player development
• Support strength & conditioning expectations and team culture
• Help manage program operations, travel, logistics and equipment
• Maintain strong communication with recruits, families, and college coaches
• Aid in social media, marketing and program promotion
• Uphold the standards and Christian mission at FUMA

Qualifications

• Previous college or high-level lacrosse playing/coaching experience preferred
• Strong recruiting ability and national network database
• Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Competitive mindset and relentless work ethic
• Ability to mentor and develop young men both on and off the field
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel for recruiting, as well as pass a background check
