Assistant Lacrosse Coach

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coaching and instructing student-athletes at the NCAA Division I level to prepare them for competition in local, regional, and national arenas;
• Video analysis and scouting of opponents.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or training & experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree;
• Knowledge of NCAA, A10, and University regulations regarding NCAA women's lacrosse;
• Previous lacrosse coaching experience;
• Demonstrated ability to work in and foster an environment of respect, professionalism and civility with a population of faculty, staff, and students from all backgrounds and experiences, or a commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU;
• Must have First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications or achieve certifications within 30 days of hire;
• Valid Driver’s License;

Salary Range: up to $51,000
