Title: LabWare LIMS Implementation & Validation Support Contractor (LabWare 8) Location: Onsite CA preferred- open to hybrid/ 50% onsite (Thousand Oaks area) Duration: 10 months Start Date: ASAP - 2 weeks from offer/ mid August Role: Support implementation activities for a LabWare 8 upgrade in a GMP laboratory environment, with a focus on validation support, documentation coordination, requirements traceability, and deployment readiness across configuration and instrument integration workstreams. Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support compliant rollout and execution Key Responsibilities Support implementation activities tied to LabWare LIMS configuration and instrument integration workstreamsCoordinate documentation, testing support, and requirements traceability activitiesAssist with generation and maintenance of implementation and validation-related documentationPartner with Quality and Validation teams to support compliant deployment activitiesSupport iterative updates, testing cycles, and issue resolution during project executionHelp ensure configured workflows and integrations are operationally sustainable in GMP laboratory environmentsParticipate in deployment readiness, defect tracking, and change management activitiesSupport communication and coordination across technical and business stakeholders Required ExperienceExperience supporting LabWare LIMS projects within regulated GMP environmentsUnderstanding of validation processes, traceability, and regulated documentation practicesExperience supporting implementation, testing, or deployment activities for LIMS or laboratory systemsStrong coordination and communication skills across Quality, IT, Validation, and laboratory teamsAbility to work in fast-paced implementation environments with minimal onboardingPharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry experience preferred Preferred ExperienceExposure to LabWare 8 upgrades or large-scale LIMS implementationsExperience supporting both configuration and integration project teamsFamiliarity with GMP data integrity and change control processes
