LabWare 8 LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize LabWare 8 LIMS to support GMP laboratory operations.
• Implement LIMS workflows for raw material testing, commercial product testing, and laboratory equipment integration.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support LIMS validation activities, ensuring complete traceability from requirements through configuration and validation.
• Integrate LabWare with laboratory instrument systems such as Empower, LabX, and other analytical platforms.
• Troubleshoot and optimize configured workflows to ensure stable and compliant laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support implementation and ongoing system enhancements.
• Assist with inspection readiness and ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare 8 LIMS.
• Proven experience implementing LIMS solutions for raw materials, commercial products, and laboratory workflows.
• Strong knowledge of GMP laboratory operations and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supporting LIMS validation with end-to-end requirements, configuration, and validation traceability.
• Experience integrating LabWare with instrument systems such as Empower, LabX, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
