LABVANTAGE LIMS DEVELOPER

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, customize, and support LIMS solutions.
• Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain system procedures, documentation, and master data.
• Support LIMS configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to enhance LIMS functionality.
• Support LIMS modules and related application integrations.
• Ensure solutions align with GxP and applicable quality processes.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to LIMS team members when required.

Required Technical/Functional Skills

• Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS is highly preferred.
• Experience with STARLIMS or LabVIEW may be considered as an alternative.
• Strong experience in LIMS configuration, customization, development, and deployment.
• Proficiency in .NET or Java development.
• Knowledge of LIMS application architecture and master data management.
• Ability to work independently with LIMS modules and functionalities.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging LabVantage/LIMS applications.
• Knowledge of GxP processes and regulated environments.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience.
• Prior experience training or mentoring LIMS teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
