Compensation
Compensation Range (Colorado Only): $19.00 - $29.00

Responsibilities
- Prepare areas for concrete placement, including final excavation and grading.
- Assemble and place concrete forms, lifting prefabricated metal panels.
- Handle concrete buckets from trucks to placement areas.
- Muck concrete after pouring.
- Assist concrete finishers with power trowels and screeds.
- Support block masons with materials and transportation.
- Handle and transport door frames.
- Load, unload, and identify building materials.
- Distribute site materials according to project plans.
- Ensure site maintenance and security.
- Communicate with co-workers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Safe work practices in accordance with Hensel Phelps safety and health program.
- Able to take initiative and follow instructions.
- Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction layout, blueprint reading, and shop drawing reading.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- CPR & First Aid Certification.

Physical Demands
- Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
- Walking, kneeling, sitting, crouching, reaching, stooping, reading, seeing, speaking, pushing, pulling, lifting, standing, fingering, typing, climbing, balancing, bending, grasping, hearing, operating machinery, communicating with employees and external stakeholders.
- Exposure to high and low temperatures, noisy environments, outdoor elements, dusts, chemicals, and noise.
