Laborer Frontier Ranch- Water

About the role

Moltz Construction Inc. is looking for a Skilled Laborer to support the Young Life wastewater treatment plant project near Buena Vista, CO. The Young Life is modernizing their Frontier Ranch Camp site, including upgrades to the water supply and wastewater treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor on water and heavy concrete construction projects;
• Performs manual work in preparing surfaces for paving.
• Maintain a clean job site: picks up all tools and equipment and secures job site each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Performs materials handling and storage.
• Provides labor support as needed for specialty crews.
• Loads and unloads trucks and hauls and hoists materials.
• Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to lift heavy objects,
• Walk and stand for long periods of time,
• Perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions,
• Perform good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination,
• Ability to work overtime including nights and weekends if required to meet project schedule.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour based on experience
