Job Summary
EMCOR Government Services (EGS) is seeking a Laboratory Ventilation Manager (LVMP) to provide Facilities Operations Maintenance and support Services to a Government Agency in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer EPA-RTP’s Laboratory Ventilation Management program
- Coordinate site services
- Schedule activities
- Ensure communication
- Monitor performance of the systems
- Manage data and document results associated with the contract
Qualifications
- Mechanical engineering degree and have a minimum of five (5) years of operating experience with laboratory (or related applications) HVAC, electrical and control systems
- Or ten (10) years of operating experience with laboratory (or related applications) HVAC, electrical and control systems of similar size, scope, and complexity in-lieu of the “mechanical engineering degree” requirement
