About the role

The Laboratory Technician I role is responsible for performing RSE/CSE testing in the Technical Services LAL lab. Trains on and perform RSE/CSE ratio determination/analysis (with supervision) and maintains appropriate associated records. Receipt of customer samples following applicable procedures. Trains on and performs IQ, OQ, PQ of equipment such as Biotek, PTS and maintains appropriate documents. Responsible for preparing and stocking supplies associated with duties. Responsible for proficiency in all SOPs in areas of responsibility. Responsible for documentation as required by company policy, cGMP and FDA. Responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance of the Technical Service laboratory and associated equipment and adherence to established safety procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, molecular biology, or related discipline strongly preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience preferred
  • Computer and math literacy required. Able to work with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent documentation practices focusing on attention to detail and adhering to department and compliance regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment

Pay

The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
