Laboratory Support Tech
Overview
Sentara Health is hiring a laboratory support technician to work full time evenings in the Cytology Lab at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. As a laboratory support technician (LST) duties are to prepare specimens per discipline operating procedure for result/interpretation by technical staff, perform instrument maintenance and inventory functions per operating procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- No certification or licensure required
Pay
The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.96 - $29.25 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
