We are seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a chemistry laboratory. Key Responsibilities Include Supervising laboratory activities to ensure accurate testing and timely reportingSupervising, training, and mentoring technical staff, conducting coaching sessionsMonitoring workflow, scheduling staff shifts, and resolving production issuesMaintaining equipment quality control, quality assurance records, and regulatory complianceEvaluating process improvements, performing bench work when needed, and managing administrative tasks Qualifications And Skills Associate's degree in Chemical, Biological Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical TechnologyAt least 4 years of technologist or technician experienceCalifornia CLS license requiredOver 4 years of leadership or supervisory experienceKnowledge of CLIA, CAP, and relevant regulationsProficiency with Laboratory Information Systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills
