Lab Supervisor - Chemistry

Role: Laboratory Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily laboratory operations, ensuring accurate and timely test results, supervising and mentoring staff, managing workflow and staffing, and maintaining quality standards. Key Duties: Supervise lab activities, ensure compliance with regulations, perform technical work as needed, monitor equipment and quality assurance, implement process improvements, and handle administrative tasks like payroll and documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Associate's degree in a science field and 4+ years of clinical testing experience; licensure in chemistry; preferred Bachelor’s degree, supervisory experience, and certifications like ASCP or AMT. Strong knowledge of lab regulations, attention to detail, communication, organization, and computer proficiency are essential. Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and pass a color blindness test.
