Laboratory Sciences Professional (Entry – Senior Level)
Key Responsibilities
- In-vitro sterile cell and tissue culture.
- Performance of immunological lab assays (flow cytometry, ELISA, etc.).
- Performance of functional biochemical assays for studies of metabolism.
- Setup and processing of in vivo experiments with rodents (handling mice, administering substances, euthanasia and anesthesia, dissections).
- Accurate record keeping.
- Purchasing and inventory of reagents.
Qualifications
- Entry Level: Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, or related field.
- Intermediate Level: Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, or related field.
- Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, or related field.

- Ability to work with live animals, including handling and treatment of mice (injections, administration of substances) is necessary.
