Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Biochemistry or related field
- Proficient with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Effective scientific writing and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Experience with laboratory animals (rodents) is desired
- Molecular biology and/or immunology skills are desired
Pay
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Schedule
Standard hours: 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE). Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required. Position is term‑year (12 months per year).
Additional notes: Probationary period may be required; position is contingent on continued funding; background check required; FLSA non‑exempt; union position (UVMSU).
