Responsibilities

• Perform basic and complex laboratory procedures, including phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Conduct quality control, quality assurance, and testing as per CLIA classifications.
• If assigned to the Transfusion Service, manage blood inventory and prepare blood products.
• Adhere to all regulations, codes, and policies to ensure patient privacy and safety in testing.
• Assignments and duties align with the type of CLS license.
