About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate medical teams to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  • Provide comprehensive healthcare services including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
