Responsibilities
- Perform routine procedures in bacterial culture
- Molecular biology (e.g., DNA and RNA purification, PCR)
- Clone, produce and analyze recombinant polypeptides
- Immunological assays (e.g., ELISA)
- Work with live animals (mice)
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: B.A., B.S., or M.S.
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficiency in MS Excel. One year (or more) of relevant laboratory experience is preferred.
