Major Duties

  • Assists with the administration of the Labor Relations Program.
  • Analyzes labor situations and provides strategic guidance to Human Resources (HR) staff and/or management/supervisors.
  • Researches and analyzes case law, collective bargaining agreements (CBA), past precedents, policies, bargaining history, Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Federal Service Impasses Panel (FSIP), arbitration decisions, and guidance to assist in determining negotiability of union proposals.
  • Represents the organization.
  • Prepares statements of position in response to unfair labor practice (ULP) complaints and assists in collective bargaining negotiations to include the evaluation and drafting of labor agreements.
  • Conducts labor relations training to various audiences.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Five years of Human Resources experience to include three years Human Resources field experience at a union location.
  • Or Bachelor's degree plus three years of Human Resources field experience at a union location.
  • Degree (one Of): BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred
  • Major/Minor (one Of): HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - Preferred

Additional Qualifications/Requirements

  • Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas)
  • LSP may be authorized.

Pay

Minimum $72,064.00
