About the role

Responsible for managing labor relations, resolving disputes, and improving workplace harmony.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve employee grievances and conflicts
  • Implement policies that promote fair treatment and respect
  • Facilitate negotiations between management and employees
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and training on labor relations best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in labor relations or HR
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with labor relations software
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Pay

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
