About the role
Responsible for managing labor relations, resolving disputes, and improving workplace harmony.
Responsibilities
- Resolve employee grievances and conflicts
- Implement policies that promote fair treatment and respect
- Facilitate negotiations between management and employees
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training on labor relations best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in labor relations or HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with labor relations software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
