About the role

As a Labor Relations Representative at Stellantis, you will play a key role in delivering what we promise to our customers. Your responsibilities include identifying and driving operating efficiencies through contractual agreements, providing labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization, and enabling a positive workplace culture and environment by equitably administering the collective agreement including grievance administration, interpretation, and overall compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive operating efficiencies through contractual agreements
  • Provide labor relations support to employees and leaders across the organization
  • Enable a positive workplace culture and environment by equitably administering the collective agreement including grievance administration, interpretation, and overall compliance
  • Facilitate effective management/union relations
  • Administer attendance program
  • Administer and discipline assessment
  • Run attendance reports and gather information to compile into presentations with trend analysis
  • EEOC and other workplace investigations
  • Coach, guide, and provide direction to operating management on assigned shift
  • Implement lean manufacturing activities

Requirements

The following prior experiences will be required for someone to be successful in this role:

  • Interpretation and application of contracts and agreements
  • Management of compliance and investigatory processes within a union environment
  • Facilitation or participation in difficult interactions or situations, focusing on conflict resolution
  • Analyzing data and using data to make decisions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis in labor relations in a manufacturing setting
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite rotating shifts including nights, weekends and occasional holidays
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
