Labor Relations Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Labor Relations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead labor relations strategy and support effective partnership between management, employees, and union representatives. The position is focused on proactive labor issue prevention, collective bargaining, contract administration, and guiding leaders through complex employee relations matters. It will also help strengthen communication and collaboration across the organization to support stable, productive labor relationships. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,426 – $179,046 annually Responsibilities Advise HR colleagues on labor relations matters, with an emphasis on prevention and action planning Serve as chief negotiator in collective bargaining negotiations Collaborate with leadership and external labor partners to foster positive labor relations Manage the administration and interpretation of labor contracts for managers, employees, and HR colleagues Facilitate communication and working relationships between union organizations and management Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations, or a related discipline Juris Doctorate or master’s degree preferred Human resources professional certification preferred, such as PHR or SPHR Minimum five years of professional experience in labor and employee relations Minimum two years of experience in collective bargaining; chief spokesperson experience strongly preferred Experience in contract interpretation, grievance processing, and performance management Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, NLRA, EEOC, Workers’ Compensation, ADA, HIPAA, and COBRA Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including medical and dental coverage Retirement benefits Paid time off Professional development opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
