Responsibilities

• Assisting with the recruiting and onboarding process
• Assisting in labor research
• Assisting in benchmarking
• Assisting with projects such as hourly compensation statements to be sent out fall of 2027

Requirements

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
• Prior coursework in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Psychology with I/O, Law, Business Management with focus/minor in Labor Relations, or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
