About the role
Under the general direction of the Labor Relations Manager I, the incumbent performs analytical staff work in the field of public labor relations by doing research and providing consultation and guidance the department on union-related issues, and by serving occasionally as a representative of the department in various settings.

Staff in this program are responsible for promoting harmonious labor relations between CCHCS, its employees, and employee organizations; providing management/supervisors with the tools and resources necessary to carry out the state's progressive disciplinary process; and delivering effective and innovative training to further employees' professional growth.
